Parking/Rest Areas
There are 17 Parking/Rest Areas located at convenient intervals on the Thruway system.
These parking/rest areas are open 24 hours daily and offer parking and public pay telephones. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended at any parking/rest area along the thruway. Vehicles left unattended at any parking/rest area will be towed at the owner's expense.
There are 4 parking/rest areas with facilities along I-84* that provide rest rooms, cold beverage vending machines, tourist wall maps and picnic areas.
