Commuter Park and Ride Lots

Please be advised that parking at commuter lots is posted for a maximum stay of 16 hours. Traffic personnel and State Police strictly enforce these parking regulations. Thruway Authority commuter lots are not designed for multiple day stays, and lengthy stays defeat the purpose of commuter park and ride lots.

There are no overnight / long-term parking facilities along the Thruway. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended at any location along the Thruway (travel plazas, rest areas, commuter park and ride facilities or interchanges) for an extended period of time.  Vehicles left for more than 16 hours will be towed at the owner's expense.
