Thruway Authority Announces Interchange 13 Northbound (Palisades Interstate Parkway) Ramp Reopened

The New York State Thruway Authority has announced that the Interchange 13 Northbound (Palisades Interstate Parkway) ramp along I-87 has been reopened.  It was temporarily closed in both directions earlier today due to a serious personal injury accident located off of the Thruway System.

During the closure, the Authority activated its Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) and Highway Advisory Radio (HAR), as well as sent a TRANSalert to subscribers to advise motorists of the ramp closure.

The Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this incident.
