Thruway Authority Announces I-190 Exit 6 Southbound Ramp to Temporarily Close
The New York State Thruway Authority announced that the Exit 6 (Elm Street, Oak Street) southbound exit ramp along I-190 will temporarily be closed on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. due to necessary highway repairs, weather permitting.
Detour signs will be in place to direct southbound traffic to take Exit 5 (Louisiana Street).
The Authority will activate its Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) to advise motorists of the closure.
The Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this necessary work.
