Thruway Authority Announces All Eastbound Lanes Closed on Berkshire Connector near Exit B1

The New York State Thruway Authority announces that all eastbound lanes at milepost 7.4, approximately one mile east of Exit B1 (Albany, Hudson, Rensselaer, Route 9, I-90W) have been temporarily closed due to an accident involving two tractor trailers.

Motorists traveling eastbound in the area are being exited off the Berkshire Connector at Exit B1 (Albany, Hudson, Rensselaer, Route 9, I-90W).

Emergency crews are on the scene and the lanes will be reopened as soon as conditions permit.

Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) has been activated to inform motorists of the lane closure.

The Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this incident.
