THRUWAY AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES LANE CLOSED NEAR INTERCHANGE 34 (CANASTOTA)

The New York State Thruway Authority announces that the right westbound lane approximately five miles west of Interchange 34 (Canastota) is temporarily closed due to a fatal accident.

State Police are on the scene and the lane will reopen as soon as conditions permit.

The Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this time.
