THRUWAY AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES STEEL REPAIR WORK SOUTHBOUND NEAR INTERCHANGE 7A (SAW MILL RIVER PARKWAY)
Lane Closure Scheduled Southbound

The Thruway Authority announced today that steel repair work on the Thruway mainline (I-87) will necessitate the closure of right lane southbound at milepost 10.35, just north of Interchange 7A (Saw Mill River Parkway).

The right lane southbound at milepost 10.35 will be closed from 9 a.m. until approximately 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20.

Motorists are advised to be prepared for slow or stopped traffic. At all times, at least one lane of traffic will remain open in the direction of the closure.

The Authority appreciates motorists’ patience and understanding during these necessary repairs.
