THRUWAY AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES INTERCHANGE 4W (NY, BINGHAMTON, NY17) EXIT RAMP CLOSED ON I-84 EASTBOUND DUE TO VEHICLE ACCIDENT

The New York State Thruway Authority has announced that the Interchange 4W (NY, Binghamton, NY 17) exit ramp on I-84 eastbound has been closed due to a vehicle accident on the ramp.

Interchange 4W (NY, Binghamton, NY 17) is located at milepost 19.10 eastbound on I-84 in Orange County.

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.

State Police and emergency crews are on the scene and will reopen the Interchange 4W ramp as soon as conditions permit.

The Authority has activated its Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) to alert motorists of the lane closure and delays.

The Authority appreciates motorists patience and understanding during this time.
