Commercial Accounts with E-ZPass

ACCOUNT Maintenance Forms

Commercial Charge Account customers are required to update the Authority with any changes related to their account. The Authority has provided several forms online to make it easier to update Account information. In addition, forms are available if you need to replace your E-ZPass tag or need to pay a violation through your Charge Account.
