Conditions of Use

Before downloading our contract bid data, please read our instructions for downloading. Be certain to address the submission of any bids to the attention of the Contracts Unit and clearly write "Bid Enclosed" on the outside of your sealed envelope and shipping envelope, particularly if you are using a delivery or overnight mail service. By clicking 'ACCEPT' I acknowledge that:

- I have read and understand the NYS Thruway Authority's policy regarding use of electronic bid data as it appears in the contract proposal and as detailed on the Full Electronic Bid Data Policy page of this Internet site;

- Bidders MUST purchase a contract proposal from the Authority to obtain numerous other data that are REQUIRED to submit a successful bid;

- Only purchasers of contract proposals will receive mailed notice of contract amendments which may substantially change the data posted to this site and must be input into their bid development systems;

- Bids which fail to comply with these conditions risk a near certain probability of being declared informal (invalid/non-responsive) on letting day.
